At Richmond Bridge we provide customized solutions to guarantee your project.
We offer a wide range of guarantees for both private and public bodies. We cover the different phases and needs of a construction project such as execution/performance, advance payment, equipment delivery, warranty, as well as connection point guarantees for the renewable market and decommissioning guarantees for long-term projects.
We are flexible
At Richmond Bridge we adapt to the needs of our clients, issuing guarantees on first demand whenever the client requires it.
We negotiate the wording required by the client with the financial institution until a definitive text is finalized and we adapt wording from bank guarantees to surety bonds in order to provide comfort to the client while maintaining exactly the same enforceability as a bank guarantee.
We underwrite projects located anywhere in the world, as well as subsidiaries established in other countries, working with insurance companies that meet the credit rating requirements of our clients, according to the credit rating agencies S&P, Moody's and AM-Best.
